Datos corruptos (option file)

Hola gentes, el otro dia baje el juego de aca : EDITADO POR SPAM y luego lo puse en el play hice todo tal cual,dicen las instrucciones toque R1 fui a CD y elegi la opcion que termina en NPO con el Triangulo y cuando puse el juego me decia que los datos estaban corruptos, mi duda es: puedo bajar la option file aparte? me sirve el juego que grabe para otros parches? gracias!
