Los 800 del ‘Pupi’ en el Inter

El lateral argentino Javier Zanetti, de 39 años, jugará este jueves ante el FC Vaslui de Rumania, por los playoffs de la Europa League 2012, su partido número 800 con la camiseta del Inter de Milán.
“Es impresionante. Tendríamos que clonar al capitán”, dijo el técnico del equipo `neroazzurro´, Andrea Stramaccioni, al referirse a Zanetti, quien llegó al Inter en 1995, procedente de Banfield, consignó la página web del club italiano.
El argentino consiguió con la camiseta del Inter 16 títulos, 13 a nivel nacional y 3 a nivel internacional. Zanetti lleva jugados en total en su carrera 1055 partidos, contando los que disputó con el `Taladro´ y con Talleres de Remedios de Escalada, club del cual surgió.
En septiembre de 2011, superó la marca del ex zaguero Giuseppe Bergomi, quien con la camiseta del Inter jugó 756 encuentros. Suma también otros records, como el de jugador extranjero con más partidos en la Serie A italiana y el jugador con más partidos en la Serie A con el Inter.
El ´Pupi´ es el futbolista en actividad con más presencias en el ´calcio´ (570), por detrás de los italianos Paolo Maldini (647) y Gianluca Pagliuca (592).
