John Carpenter Regresa con "The Ward"
The WardInfinidad de fotos hay por estos días para promocionar las distintas producciones que darán sus primeros pasos por el Festival de Cine de Toronto. La imágen de arriba es la primera que se revela con Amber Heard protagonizando en The Ward, título que marca el retorno del director John Carpenter (The Thing), poniendole fin a su alejamiento de los sets luego de un importante parate de nueve años (lo último suyo fue Ghosts of Mars).
El thriller de terror con guión de Michael y Shawn Rasmussen (Long Distance), tiene a Heard (Zombieland) encarnando a Kristen, una joven que en una institución mental que en 1960 se ve aterrorizada por malévolas fuerzas invisibles.
Heard co-estelariza junto a Mamie Gummer (hija de Meryl Streep), Danielle Panabaker, Jared Harris y Lyndsy Fonseca.
